Returns and arrival damage
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request an ordinary return of unused, unwashed, complete glassware in its original product packaging. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; there is no restocking fee. If a glass arrives broken, chipped, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as practical, preferably within seven days, with your order number and photos.
