What We Sell

We do not sell or ship wine, spirits, or other alcoholic beverages.

How We Describe Our Glassware

Glass is a visual and functional material. Small bubbles, faint lines, slight shifts in color, and minor differences in thickness or shape may occur in pieces that are handmade, mouth-blown, colored, or individually finished. When a product is expected to have this character, we describe it on the product page. These natural differences are not treated as defects unless they materially affect safe use or the product does not match its description.

We photograph products to show their appearance as accurately as practical. Screen settings, lighting, and production batches can affect how color and clarity appear. Measurements and capacities are approximate unless a product page says they are exact.

Our Standard for Orders

We inspect inventory and pack glassware with protective materials suited to fragile goods. If an item arrives broken, chipped, materially scratched, or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly so we can review the shipment and offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution under our Refund Policy.
