Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Wind Pasture Bistro store and purchases from Wind Pasture Bistro LLC. Product pages and the policies linked on the store provide additional terms relevant to an order.

Products and Orders

We sell empty glassware and related drinkware, not alcoholic beverages. Review the product page for the actual quantity, dimensions, material, care instructions, and any excluded props. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order request; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or shipment. We may cancel an unfulfillable, unauthorized, or materially erroneous order. If payment has been captured for a canceled order, we refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices and Payment

Prices, applicable taxes, and the order total appear in US dollars at checkout. Standard shipping to eligible United States addresses is free. The payment methods actually offered at checkout govern your available choices. See our Payment Policy.

Shipping, Damage, and Returns

Our Shipping Policy states the delivery area, costs, and estimated times. Our Refund Policy states the 30-day ordinary return window, return condition requirements, shipping responsibility, damage procedure, and refund timing. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Acceptable Use and Store Content

Do not misuse the site, submit false payment or address information, interfere with its security, or use it for an unlawful purpose. Our Legal Notice governs original store content and trademarks.

Third-Party Services and Legal Rights

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked services operate under their own terms. We remain responsible for our obligations as seller. Any disclaimer or limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove nonwaivable rights for goods that are defective, unsafe, or not as described.
